Re: Will I get a seat in ISRO after appearing for GATE exam? Hi ISRO is the Indian Space Research Organization. This is one of the top PSU's in the country. Till last year the ISRO used to conduct their own entrances but from this year they have agreed that they would be recruiting from the GATE score and percentile. Now the Basic Eligibility Criteria to get into ISRO are :-- 1. You should be minimum B.Tech or B.E graduate from a recognized college or university. 2. Your age should not be more than 35 years. 3. You must have scored a very good rank and percentile in the GATE . Thus if you satisfy these, you can easily get recruited in the ISRO after a round of interviews. You should know that you must hold the best technical knowledge. Apart from that you have not mentioned that your GATE Rank or score, so I am unable to provide the exact information. Eligibility Criteria for ISRO- 1.You must have complete the BE/B.tech course in streams like- Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Computer science 2.Have secure 60% aggregate... For SC/ST the percentage relaxation is 5%.. 3.Age should not be more than 35 years... For SC/ST the upper age relaxation is 5 years and for OBC the upper age relaxation is 3 years. 4.You must be a citizen of India. All the BEST.............................. |
