Eligibility For IIT JEE

The IIT Joint Entrance Exam is conducted every year for admissions to IITs and a few other participating institutes like IISER, ISM-Dhanbad and many others who consider the score of IIT JEE..

A candidate is eligible to appear for the the IIT JEE only if :-

The candidate is either appearing for his/her 12th boards that year or has already passed out from 12th in the previous year..

The candidate must have also secured an aggregate of 60% in PCM in 12th boards

Note :- A candidate can appear for IIT JEE only 2 times..once in the year of appearing for 12th boards and the next attempt in the consecutive year of passing 12th..

Other than that, you cannot appear for IIT-JEE hence it is important..

all the best..
