Fci cutoff I am sujit Kumar dutta I have given the FCI exam 2012 and expecting 80 marks. What is my probability of selection in paper-II. I belong to gen(OH) category. I heard that the ratio is 1:5 if this is true then they required almost 70 students to feel the vacant post. And also tell me your prediction what do you think. thanks |

I am belong to gen (OH) category. what is my probability to be selected for the paper II. I must said that gen Intel and quantitave apptitude are tough but gen awarness and english are easy and there is almost 106 vacancies for the handicapped candidates out of that 14 post are reserved for the OH candidates in general depot and general III. If we take the ratio 1:5 then they required 70 candidates for the second paper. am I right? can anyone tell me the cutoff for the gen(OH) candidates. |

Part I will consist of 60 multiple choice question of the relevant technical discipline and Part II will consist of 60 multiple choice questions on general aptitude consisting of Reasoning, Data Analysis, Computer Awareness, General Awareness and Current Affairs. It'll be much useful for people who r gonna take the same exam on 19 dec for west zone. I took south zone exam and i felt difficulty in quant. & englis portions Questions i remember from GK portion are follows: 1. Maruthi Suzuki's recent launch 2. Re: Paper pattern of FCI exam? What types of questions are asked? You are absolutely right. 40% of forms are rejected and 20% din't appear for written test. So competition is less and vacancies are much. This paper was only for north zone . And also the paper was very tough especially di and english so expected cut off will range in 50-55 marks out of 100. |

About 40% of the forms were rejected due to non availability of specified DOEACC computer diploma 20% of applicants were absent due to number of exams on 14 nov. ..that will be an advantage for candidates who have appeared...is'nt it!! The time alloted for first 100 questions was not enough so not able to solve all questions...I hav applied for ACD group so part 2 technical (30 questions) it was sufficient 30 mins..... but no idea about total number of candidates appeared for north zone! Hav u got any idea about cut off for OBC candidate of group C? kindly reply... |

I think fci paper was very tough especially di , eng , gk questions. So i think cut will be 50 - 55 out of 100. Since thr is no negative marking for wrong answers so all candidates marked all the answers and Maths , reasoning , computers questions were average. This is my analysis and expectation.
