see, with less than 60% criteria you will not get very big MNC company.

So you have work small company, and if you have talent then after getting experience you can easily shift out MNC companies.

There are so many small companies are there who have no criteria like you must have above 60% in your graduation.

These are :

1.MINDFIRE solutions

2.Foradian technologies

3.ABC group of industries

4.R.J. software.

5.Brick and Click.

it does not matter whether you got less than 60% or not in your board exam but you should have to ensure at least 60% in your entire graduation to go for multinational companies. if you have got that you can apply to those companies mentioned underneath:
1.Ericsson

2.HP

3.Symantec

4.Nintendo

5.Adobe

6.Alcatel-Lucent

7.Cisco

8.Microsoft

9.IBM

10.Oracle

11.SAP

those companies often recruiting freshers at this moment.

If you have not score Good marks in your 10th exams, then dont worry Just Score good marks in your 12th exams OR in your Graduation, Then you are definately eligible for get apply for any company Job.

Today Company recuited persons, Who have completed his Bacholar OR Maser degree with good marks as well as Good Communication Skills.

So, if you have Scored Good marks above 60% then you are eligible to appear in any top companies Recruitment.

And no, Company recruited Candidates, who scored less than 60% marks. So please scored Good marks, then you will get good jobs.

But, I am not saying that Every Company Recruited Candidates who scored 60% marks. Its depends on the Company Rules. Manny company recruited persons who have a Great Communcation skills and Great knowledge, if he not Scored good marks.

You can't apply in company having job criteria less than 60%. maximum company demands 60% marks but don't worry you can apply in wipro.

But as you have less than 60% then it will be very difficult for you to get a job.

Maximum software company want 60% in through out in career .

Some few software company allow 50% above criteria like WIPRO, SYNTEL , HONEYWELL etc.

So you are eligible for WIPRO, SYNTEL ,HONEYWELL because your 10 th marks is just below 60%..

Also you are eligible for .NET and PHP company so you can contact those company.

Better option for you to go for higher study like JRF ,SRF,MBA,M-TECH,MS,PHD etc.

All the CMM level5 companies like TCS, CTS, Infosys provide the criteria of at least 60% marks throughout your career.
If you haven't that criteria then you are not able to apply for this companies.
Although there are several other CMM level3 companies.
You can easily apply for those.
