This exam conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year. Re: What is the age limit to join Army Force? In order to join to Army force, you must have completed graduation in any subject. Upper age limit in this case is 24 years. Selection of candidates is done through UPSC’s CDS exam. Questions on English, general knowledge and mathematics will be asked for the exam. Unmarried male candidates can only apply for CDS. |

A graduation completed candidate can be eligible for Indian army through CDS(Combined Defence Service) exam, which is conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) twice in a year. Eligibility criteria:- The applicant should be complete graduation or any equivalent bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Final year graduation students can also eligible and percentage is not a matter to apply this exam. Male and Female both are eligible for this exam. You must be physically fit and you should be a citizen of India. Age criteria and Relaxation details:- Age limits for Indian airforce academy are 19to 23 years, Age limits for Indian Naval academy are 19 to22years. Age limits for Indian Military academy are 19 to 24 years, Age limits for Officers Trainin academy are 19 to 25years. Selection process:- Written exam, Medical test, Personal interview.
