Re: Is there any difference in the entrance exam for IPS or IAS? hi dear no there is not any difference between ias or ips. when you will clear your both exam prelims and main then your rank will decide. And if you have high rank then u can choose your own either IAS or IPS. but paper will same. all the best thanks |

Hi, No there is no any difference in the entrance exam for IPS or IAS if you want to apply for above post for that you have to apply civil services exam conducted by UPSC Civil Services Exam Will be held in Three Round . 1. Preliminary Exam 2. Main Examination 3. Interview Test 1. Preliminary Exam - This is an objective type questions based test which if the candidate passes, qualifies tothe second phase. 2.
