Re: Can I become IAS officer with computer subject? HAI, IAS Indian Administrative Service. Which the candidates who completed there graduation then they all are eligible for this IAS exam. Eligibility criteria:- The candidate must be a citizen of india. You should be complete graduation or an bachelor's degree from a recognised university. Final year persuing candidates can also be eligible for this exam. There is no required percentage to appear this exam. Age criteria:- For General candidates 21 years to 30years, For OBC candidates 21 years to 33years, For SC/ST candidates 21 years to 35 years. For PH OBC candidates 21 years to 40years. Number of Attempts:- 4 times for general candidates, 7 times OBC candidates, No limit for SC/ST candidates. List of Optional subjects:  Selection steps:- ***Civil services preliminary exam, ***Civil services main exam, ***Personal interview.  all the best.............. |

Re: Can I become IAS officer with computer subject? Subject of study is not a criterion for IAS. Graduates in any streams can apply. You must have completed 21 years and not more than 30 years to apply. General category candidates can have 4 attempts with in this age limit. OBC can have 7 attempts within 33 years. SC/ST candidates can attempt the test any number of times within 35 years. |
