It is a common exam for all fields of engineering.Interested students can appear for it. A candidate holding a degree of engineering technology. Preparation for GATE exam: There is no requirement of preparing separately for the GATE exam. If you pursue your university's educational work well then that's more than efficient. Careful preparation is the answer to GATE examination. A number of domains where you can extra marks consists of Power Electronics Measurements Control Systems Power System Stability and T&D Electrical Machines.
