If you are asking about Air Force Academy and Officers Training Academy, you must know a common examination is conducted for recruitment of candidates in these defense academies and is known as Combined Defense Service Exam.
This exam is conducted twice a year by union public service commission.

To apply for OTA, you must be a graduate within the age limit of 19-25 years.
For Air Force Academy, you must be graduate, having studied Physics and Maths in the +2 level. The age limit to apply for Air Force Academy is between 19-23 years.
