Re: How much is the 1st year B.Tech Fee structure in IITs? Hello, The fee structure depends on the IIT alloted to you and the branch you have taken. However, there is not much difference and the average fees of the IITs is around Rs25000 per semester, i.e. abbout 50000 per year. There are financial aids available to students selected by the state government and various other agencies. |
