No its a private university....running self financed courses..off campus but its reputation was so Bad....they cheats thousand of students....U can see their record in net also...just type ICFAI FAKE in google u can see...all their cheat within 3 years only......They Transfer student in any of their university whenever they want.....BEAWARE of icfai.Dont take admisssion except Hyderabad & Dehradun....All the Best
