Re: Can I apply for government job after diploma in civil engineering through distance education from Karnataka Open University You can apply for government jobs even if you have done diploma as a distance course. But, you need to choose a reputed institute recognized by DEC to do diploma. Technical job positions will be available in PSU. Also, you can try for clerical positions in banks. Higher age limit for this is 28 years. Other positions like loco pilot, junior engineer, technician, railway apprentice etc are suitable position which you can apply in railways. You can also apply for jobs in defense services, police services, income tax etc. |
