See there are many government companies that recruit B.tech freshers on the basis of GATE exam score. but as the no of recruitment done by the company is very less and is on all India level basis and the cut-off goes very high. one needs to have a minimum of 99 percentile to be sure of a job. as you have a very poor score , you cannot get a job in PSU's. good luck |
