Re: Sample paper of UPSC Preliminary examination As UPSC Examination pattern changed the preliminary examination is changed to other pattern with a new name i.e., CSAT(Civil Services Aptitude Test) As this is the new pattern of the exam. we can just guess the questions but can't expect the particular questions in the following links there are some sample papers to download follow them and download for free www.uspcportal.com www.onestopias.com regards ~aditya |

Re: Sample paper of UPSC Preliminary examination Dear Friend The syllabus and pattern for UPSC Preliminary exam has been changed from this year So for now the sample papers are not available because sample papers are made by taking reference of real question papers. According to new pattern of Civil Services Prelims the prelims or CSAT will be in two parts each 200 marks. Part-I will basically contain questions from General Studies topics. Part-II will cover following topics Comprehension Interpersonal skills including communication skills; Logical reasoning and analytical ability Decision making and problem solving General mental ability Basic numerical or Quantitative Aptitude (numbers and their relations, orders of magnitude etc.) (Class X level), Data interpretation (charts, graphs, tables, data sufficiency etc. -Class X level) English Language Comprehension skills As this is the first time for this new syllabus so candidates are worried a lot. I think either the question paper will be very easy this year or if the questions comes tough then cutoff will be very low. So, just concentrate on your studies and do not worry for the results. The CSAT sample paper provided by UPSC is attached with this message. Find it into the attachments. Thank You |
