I've studied upto 7th in USA..8,9,10,11 in a.p and right now I'm in 12th...( inter 2 nd year ) Unfortunately ....it's been a very bad year, due to health, and I'd like to redo it...but I was wondering if I can do it in Hyderabad...but that's a different State...so can I do it or no? Her status: She is OCI card holder She is has been studying in Hyderabad since 2006 Meaning class 5 thru class 12 so she has 7 continous years of education in AP(OU area). Per definition of GO 646 So she is local candidate here. But ambigoulsy the eamcet 2012 states that PIOcard holders and OCI card holders are considered non local. Has anybody come across this situation. Thanks Pandu |
