You are just complete 12th stands but CDS examination min qualification is Graduation .
So first of all complete your Graduation after that apply CDS examination


CDS Stands Combined Defence Academy

CDS examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year

CDS exam conducted following services

Indian Military Academy

Officers Training Academy

Indian Navy Academy

Indian Air Force Academy


Eligibility :

Nationality : candidates must be Indian

Indian Military Academy / Officers Training Academy :

Any Degree from a recognized University (OR) equivalent

Indian military academy age limit between 19 to 24 years

Officers training academy age limit between 19 to 25 years

Indian Navy Academy :

Degree in Engineering for CDSE & Degree in Engineering (OR) B.Sc with Physics / Mathematics from a recognized University

age limit between 19 to 22 years

Indian Air Force Academy :

Degree from a recognized University & 12th stands with Physics & Mathematics (OR) Bachelor of Engineering from a recognized university

age limit between 19 to 23 years

Selection Process :

Written Test

SSB Interview

Medical Test

Hai,


CDS-Combined Defence Service.

CDS exam held two times in a year and this exam conducted by the UPSC(Union Public Service Commission).


Eligibility details:-

For Indian Naval Academy and Indian Airforce Academy:


The candidate should be complete bachelor of engineering or B.Sc with physics and/or mathematics subjects.

The age limits for Indian Naval Academy are 19 years to 22 years,

The age limits for Indian Airforce Academy are 19 years to 23 years.


For Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy:

The candidate should be complete graduation in any discipline from a recognised university.

Percentage is not required to appear this examination.

Candidate should be a citizen of India.

Candidate must be physically fit.

Male and Female both are eligible for this exam.


Selection process:

Written exam,

Personal interview,

Medical test.

Dear Arjun,


The acronym for CDS is Combined Defence Services.


First of all, I would like to inform you that at present time, you are not eligible to appear for the CDS examination.


To be eligible for the CDS examination, you will have to complete your graduation.


UPSC(Union Public Service Commission) conducts CDS examination twice every year in the months of February and September as CDS-I and CDS-II respectively.


CDS examination is conducted for these four wings mentioned as below:-

* Indian Naval Academy(INA).

* Indian Air Force Academy(IAFA).

* Indian Army/Military Academy(IMA).

* Officer's Training Academy(OTA).


The eligibility criteria required for the CDS examination are prescribed as below:-

* Completion of graduation with PCM from any recognized college or university.

* Percentage criteria is not required.

* Final year contenders are also eligible.

* Age limit:- 19-22 yrs(INA).
19-23 yrs(IAFA).
19-24 yrs(IMA).
19-25 yrs(OTA).

* Age relaxation:- Not required.

* Sex:- Both male and female.

* Marital status:- Unmarried or single.

* Nationality:- Indian.

* Physical eligibility:-

Eligibilty for the NDA exams is:
12th pass for the Army wing
12th pass with Phy and Maths as subjects for the Airforce and Navy wing

Indian Military Academy (IMA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream
Officers Training Academy (OTA) - Graduation Pass in any Stream

CDS stands COMBINED DEFENCE SERVICE

CDS examination is conducted by the UPSC twice in a year. This exam is conducted for the selection of candidate as an officer in Air force, Army and Navy.

Educational Qualification :-

For IMA /OTA : A degree from a recognized University or equivalent.
