PCS stands for Punjab Civil Services


Which a candidates whose completed graduation from recognized university they are eligible for this exam.

Eligibility Criteria:


Nationality:

Candidates must be Citizen of India.

Educational qualification:

Candidates must be complete Graduation from a recognized University.

Age limit:

Candidates age limit between 21 years to 28 years.

Age Relaxation:

For OBC Candidates 3 years.

For SC/ST Candidates 5 years.

10 Years for Disabled persons.

Selection Procedure:

Preliminary Examination

Preliminary Exam pattern:

General Studies
Civil Services Aptitude Test

Main Examination


Main Exam Pattern:

**English
**Essay ( English / Punjabi )
**Punjabi (Gurmukhi script )
**General Studies (2 papers)
**Optional subject I (2 papers)
**Optional subject II (2 papers)

Interview.

PCS examinations are conducted by state PSC. By visiting the official website of such PSC, you can have information on the available job positions. You can apply for all jobs that match with your qualification. Job notification contains details on exam pattern and syllabus. Based on this, you can plan your exam preparations.
