There are various mode of entries in Indian Army and depending upon you educational qualification, age etc, you may apply through any of these modes. If you have qualified +2 level of exam, you may write NDA exam to join Indian Army. To be eligible, you must not be over 19 years. Being a graduate, you may apply for combined defense service commission, for which you need to be within the age limit of 19-24 years. Both these examinations are conducted by UPSC and the application forms for the same are available at designated post office and head post offices in India. You may also apply for these examination online through www.upsconline.nic.in. If you are an engineering graduate, you may directly join Indian Army as an commissioned officer in the technical department. For more information, click here. |
