Re: How to join Indian Air Force after doing 12th? HSC passed candidates can join air force by qualifying NDA examination. But they should have studied physics and mathematics as subjects in 12th class. Your age must be between 16 ½ and 19 years. You must be a male and your marital status must be single. Applications for NDA test can be submitted online through the website of UPSC that conducts the test two times a year. |

You just need to crack NDA Entrance Examination which is conducted by UPSC every year. NDA=> National Defence Academy UPSC=> Union Public Service Commission NDA Entrance held twice a year in the form of NDA(I) & NDA(II) Exam. Selection Procedure through NDA Exam: Written Exam SSB Interview Physical Test Basic Eligibility Criteria for NDA Exam: You should have completed 12th standard with PCM group from recognized school. You can also apply for NDA exam while doing 12th standard. You must have an Indian citizenship. You should be male(Unmarried). Your age should be in between 16 1/2 to 19 years.
