For UPSC you need to have following eligibility You should be Indian your age should be 21-30years relaxation of 5 year for SC/ST and 3 year for OBC is given Thus you can appear for UPSC exam. Work hard and score very good marks as you may loose based on your graduation marks In Interview you may face question like " tell me reason for you low marks in 10th , 12th and graduation" you should prepare very good answer for it and should be able to justify.
