NDA stands for National Defence Academy examination . This exam is conducted by twice time in a year as NDA I and NDA II Exam .Through this exam , you can apply in Indian Army , Indian Navy and Indian Air force . If your 12th subject are mathematics and Physics then you are applicable for Indian Air force exam .NDA exam not require any percentage marks of the candidate.So as per your marks criteria you are applicable for NDA exam . So the pattern for NDA exam is given below , you should follow the pattern for better preparation -  The candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years.Only unmarried male candidates are eligible to apply. For Indian Army Academy:- Candidate should have completed or appearing for final exam of 12th class with any stream from a recognized board. Age limit for NDA exam:- For apply NDA exam candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is no age relaxation for this exam. Candidate should be an Indian citizen. To Apply in Indian Air Force You can join the Indian Air Force by applying for the UPSC conducted NDA Examination.. The NDA Examination is conducted for 3 branches of the Indian Armed Forces : 1) Indian Army 2) Indian Navy 3) Indian Air Force The requirements which you must satisfy before appearing for the NDA Exam are > Age requirement for appearing in the exam is more than 16 1/2 years and less than 19 years by the 1st of January or 1st of July depending on whether you are appearing in April or August > You got to be an unmarried male to be able to appear for this exam > No percentage restriction is there but you should have cleared your 12th.. So just complete 12th stands to eligible for apply NDA examination NDA stands for national defence academy. NDA Exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year for three wings. - Indian Army - Indian Air Forcs -Indian Navy Education qualification:- For Indian Navy/Airforce Academy:- Candidate should have completed or appearing for final exam of 12th class with PCM stream from a recognized board. For Indian Army Academy:- Candidate should have completed or appearing for final exam of 12th class with any stream from a recognized board. Age limit for NDA exam:- For apply NDA exam candidate age should between 16.5 years to 19 years. There is no age relaxation for this exam. Candidate should be an Indian citizen. Yeah yes you are eligible for Indian airforce after completion of 12th standard, there is no need of percentage restrictions for this exam. So you are eligible for NDA(National Defence Academy) exam. NDA exam conducted by the UPSC two times in a year. Eligibility details:- The candidate must have to complete 12th standard from a recognised board or university. Percentage is not important to appear this exam. Candidate should be physically fit. Only unmarried male candidates are eligible. Girls are not eligible for NDA exam. The candidates age should be in between 16.5 years to 19 years, no age relaxation. Nationality:- The candidate should be a citizen of India, Or A subject of bhutan, Or A subject of nepal, Or A tibetian refugee who came over india permanently. Selection process:- Written exam, SSB interview, Medical test Syllabus:- Mathematics--> 300 marks, General ability--> 600 marks. Total 900 marks. Age- Minimum 16.5 years Maximum 19 years No age relaxations is given to any candidates who apply for the NDA exams Next NDA exams would be held in April 2014 Only Candidates born between 2nd January 1996 to 1st July 1998 can apply for these exams Male candidates are only allowed to apply for the NDA exams |

There is no percentage of marks criteria in 12th for application to NDA. NDA - national Defence Academy, the exam for which is conducted by UPSC twice every year to join Indian Army, navy and Ait Force. The eligible candidate aspiring to join Indian Air Force of NDA, must be an Indian unmarried Male having either appear for the final 12th exam or pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognised Board within the age of 16.5 to 19 years with good Physical and Mental health. Re: Can I apply in Indian Air Force after scoring 56% marks in 12th Hai, you have completed your 12th class. Now you want to join in Indian Air Force. For that you have to write NDA exam. NDA means National Defense academy.NDA exam conducted twice in a year in month of March and August. If you qualify in that exam then you can join Indian Air Force and course duration is 3 years. eligibility to write NDA:- 1.Candidate should be unmarried and mare. He should not marry until course completed. If any one marries during course then he will be discharged. 2.Age of the candidate should in between 16(1/2) to 19. 3. The minimum height required is 157.5 cms (162.5 cms Air Force). 4.Candidate should have 10+2 certificate conducted by state board or equivalent education from recognized university. |

There is an entry after 12th class which you can apply for. The entry is NDA. Basic eligibility criteria is: Age: 16.5 to 19 yrs Qualification: 12th passed with Physics and Maths as main subjects Only unmarried male candidates are allowed The exam is held twice a year.
