Re: Does IISC conduct any written exam for students who want to take admission for BSc? I have not taken any of the above national level examinations like KVPY, IIT,JEE etc. Is there admissions without them for BSc in IISc ? Or is there any option to take admissions ? |

Re: Does IISC conduct any written exam for students who want to take admission for BSc? Couple of years back there was no bachelor degree course offered at IISc Banglore. In the year 2011 IISc started B.S. course in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics, Materials and Environmental Science. The B.S. course is a 4 years course. IISc doesn't conduct any entrance exam for admission to these courses. The admission to these courses are done on merit of students in national level examinations which are; 1. KVPY-SA-2010 (selected as fellows) 2. KVPY-SB (appeared in 2011) 3. KVPY-SX (appeared in 2011), 4. IIT-JEE 2012 5. AIEEE 2012 6. AIPMT 2012 If you are going to appear or have already appeared any of the above examinations then you are eligible to apply for admission in B.S. course at IISc.
