Information Regarding B.Tech Course After Diploma. Nice to see your interest in the field of the higher study. After completing diploma i think that B.Tech course is the best option for you. As per your above mention question you are doing diploma in the Electronics & Communication Engineering then in the B.Tech you need to choose the related or same branch of ECE. There are many college in India which provide the B.Tech course for the diploma candidates. You can apply for the entrance examination in the final year of diploma course. So, you can not choose the mechanical branch after completing diploma with ECE branch. I think you can choose ETC, EEE, EE....branch in the B.Tech course. You can take admission in the direct 2nd year of the B.Tech course through the lateral entry examination. Do prepare well for the entrance examination. All the Best for ahead.

Dear Friend Yes ,why not ,you can definitely go for the mechanical engineering after the diploma in the electronics and communication engineering. The best examinations which is held for the diploma holders to pursue their bachelor's degree in technology from good engineering colleges is the LEET . LEET stands for the Lateral Entry Entrance test.The minimum requirement for this examination is as below: >>You must have obtained minimum of 60% of marks in diploma .You must not have any pending backlogs. >>You age must be below 28 years. After clearing this exam you will be able to get admission in various universities in India which takes diploma candidates directly in the second year of engineering like : 1.Punjab technical university. 2.Mahamaya technical university and lots more. The best thing for you will be that you will be able to complete your bachelor's degree in engineering in just three years and after that you will have lots of job opportunities as you will have two technical degrees. NO DEAR from diploma Electronics & Communication branch you cannot enter to B-Tech Mechanical branch if you want B-Tech Course then do in Electronics & Communication related branches like electrical & Electronics, Telecommunication, information Technology,and more. BE in Electronics & Communication engineering is more scope as compared to Mechanical for govt PSU & Private sector industry for further information contact VTU belgum or visit VTU website. thank you |

Yes friend the opportunities to getting a govt. job is greater after completing B.tech as compare to after completing diploma....So it's better that you have go for B.tech after completing your diploma and apply for the govt. jobs after completing your B.tech engineering .... If you completing your Bachelor engineering with Electronics and communication engineering than you can apply for the followings sectors like: Havells Accenture Phillips ISRO BSNL Oriental or etc.. |
