Make a good plan allow sufficient time to clear your papers. To minimize the impact of year loss join for skill development courses. Check courses with Poul Institute.
www.poulinstitute.com
They have special courses for students those having back papers. They can gain experience while clearing the papers.

You are telling that you have completed your B.Tech course. But you are having 15 backlogs.

Having backlogs does mean you have not completed the course successfully.

Without successful completion of any course, it is sure that no company will provide you job opportunity.

In such a case, how can I suggest you better job opportunities.

So, first clear all your backlogs and come back to us. Then we will provide you the job opportunities information.

I don't know the reason behind having that many backlogs in your B.Tech course. If it is due to any health issue or any other personal problems, it is okay.

But if it is due to your careless and negligence, then this impact will be there on your career.

Candidates at the time of pursuing academics, they don't know the value of academics.

But once they come out of the college without having subject knowledge, then they will come to know.

They have to roaming among the companies to get jobs. No company will prefer taking candidates who are not having good academic profile and good subject knowledge.

When they are paying you salary by offering job, you are expected to do something in the job.

If you do not have enough subject knowledge and skills how can they believer that you will do the job.

Please do not take it as a warning and take it positively.

Wish you all the best.

Only after completing present backlogs, you can have a rewarding job position. In Kerala, you can apply for suitable jobs under PSC. After completing the course, you can apply for job position of Specialist Officer, IT Officer, etc in banks. It is better to look for some short term courses in between. Courses offered by NIIT, Oracle, will be useful for you. These courses along with all papers cleared will be suitable to have a job in programming field.
