The salary that is being offered to the candidates after completion of BCA course will depend upon several things like -The level of the company -The job designation in which you are placed -The location of the company -The criticality of the work etc. If you get admission in MNCs, you will get a good salary with a minimum of 2 Lakhs per anum. You will be given so many benefits. You need to work for only 8 hours in a day. Some companies will provide transport facilities. Some companies will pay you money for your higher studies as well. So, you can do MCA course at Post Graduation level while working in the job. However only few MNCs are recruiting BCA candidates. But you don't need to worry about this. There are so many IT companies in India which are non MNCs and that will pay good salary for the candidates. Initially you may expect the salary starting from 10K to 20K in these companies. Depending upon your performance in the job, you will get bonus and salary hike. Wish you all the best. |
