 If, you really want to be a Bank Manager, then First of all, you will have to clear the Bank PO examinations, which are conducted by SBI and IBPS. The educational qualifications required for Bank PO examinations are prescribed as below:- * Completion of graduation with 55% marks in any discipline from any recognised college or university. * Age limit- 20-30 yrs. * Nationality- Indian. Re: Required Qualification for the position of Bank Manager? How to get this Job? If you want to join Public sector Bank as manager then you can apply for Bank PO/MT examination. The PO/MT examination is conducted every year by IBPS and SBI and if you are Graduate in any discipline then you can apply for this exam provided you satisfy the age criteria. The age limit for Bank PO is 21 to 30 years if you are General Category. There is age relaxation available for other categories : -5 years for SC/STs -3 years for OBCs -10 years for PWDs So if you want to join then you have to clear the Objective paper and interview with merit to get selected as probationary officer or management trainee. For becoming the bank manager, you should start with the PO, provisional officer, and then after gaining experience and your caliber for work can lead you to become a bank manager. For giving the PO exam, you need to be graduate with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks. And age should be in between 21 to 30 years of age. Relaxation to obc and sc st students is provided. Gud luck |
