Re: Is it safe going to Manav Rachna as its a blacklisted university? What does UGC recognized university: black listed means? I have done my MA (English) from Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, Pune, and it also comes in the black listed category; is my degree considered valid for government jobs? |
