 EIILM University, Sikkim, India is fully recognized and approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is established under Sikkim State Legislature Act No 4, 2006 Government of Sikkim. The Act received assent of the Governor on March 24, 2006 that was published under the Government of Sikkim, Gazette Notification No. 28/LD/2006 dated April 3, 2006. EIILM(Eastern Institute of Integrated Learning Management). EIILM university is recognized by the UGC(University Grants Commission), but it is not approved by the AICTE. But don't worry UGC recognisation is enough for your B.Com degree. UGC recognisation letter is shown below. UGC approval letter:-  Best of luck |

It is approved by All india council of technical education(AICTE) and University grants commission(UGC) and also recognised by DEC.Since the institute is approved by UGC you can pursue your B.Com in this institute. Approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is required for courses in technical disciplines and for Master of Business Administration (MBA) program. Since you want to pursue Bachelor of Commerce from EIILM University, you must not worry about AICTE approval. EIILM University is recognized by University Grant Commission (UGC) and therefore, after pursuing B.Com from the university, you will be considered equivalent to commerce graduates of any other recognized universities. |
