No,there is no such requirement of studying maths to be eligible for studying Bio-Informatics This is a very unique field and has more scope if you go for Masters in this field. If you can go abroad then it will be very good for your future. GOOD LUCK. |

Re: Does Maths needed for B.Tech in Bioinformatics? dear friend, Eligibility for Bio-informatics course:- 1.Candidate must have complete the 12th with physics , chemistry, maths and biology with 60% aggregate from a recognized state education board.. 2.One has to qualify in entrance exams like- IIT-JEE, AIEEE.. So, my friend it is not possible to learn bio-informatics with out having maths in 12th.. All the best. |
