Since my class 10th percentage is poor(66%) so it may create any effect to be a school/college professor?? |

Necessary requirements are 1.To obtain minimum 60% marks in 10th,12th also in b.tech. 2.You should have good communication skill.3.Graduation to be completed without backlog. 4.Knowledge in subjects should be sound.5.Gap in academic career must not exceed 2 years. These are the main eligibility you are to fulfil here you have mentioned in 10th and 12th you scored below 60% so your candidature/CV to be rejected by MNCs. You can try for Bank Job/Civil Services or intially join in tiny companies thereby gather skill and experience to join in MNCs. |

I have scored 80.5% in my 10th, 48.5% in my 2nd puc and currently in 7sem, with a CGPA of 6.3. Campus placements are going on currently in my college and as a result of my poor 2nd puc marks i am not able to sit for most of the companies. mass recruitment companies have an eligibility criteria that satisfies both my 10th and BE(currently with no active backlogs) but not my 2nd pu marks.I did very poorly in 2nd pu due to various health and personal reasons. I just wanted to ask u guys whether i can convince the HR as to what was the reason for my 2nd pu debacle incase if i clear the initial tests. Will they oblige? coz there are several reasons for that. And plus i have sports and extra curricular activities on my side. any suggestions? please! |
