Definitely, you can do M.Tech in 2011. But, it will be difficult for you to get good colleges. See, i ll give you some idea, You can write TANCET exam, where you can get many good colleges in Tamil Nadu. Similarly, there are many seperate exams for each state. Try out for those exam. Thanks. |

Bhumika Babbar GATE is the one with which you can get M.Tech done in number of good colleges..if you get a good score...but since you haven't filled the form this time...so you can apply in other universities which have their own examinations.. like JNU is going to have entrance test of its own n its forms are available from today itself.. other than that you can go for colleges like VITEEE, DCE, IP University...you can check their websites and apply for entrance tests... all the best |

yes, you are definetly eligible for doing m.tech this year but some colleges may keep you an exam based on gate pattern and if you qualify that exam then your eligible for doing m.tech. even you wrote exam in 2010 you are eligible for doing m.tech only in some colleges. |

For mtech in 2011 in good institute one should qualify the gate exam,it is for iit nit and government colleges one should have a valid gate score. But without appearing gate one can do mtech in private colleges. so u can apply for any private institution. |

Well when you want to do M.tech depends totally on you.. yes you can appear next year provided you do not cross the age limit of 30 years for general category subject to relaxations a/c the schedule if you are a reservd category student |

Re: M.Tech in 2011 after not appearing for GATE in 2011 and disqualified in 2010 exam? hi.. if you are age is below 30 years you can give the gate exam,as there is no limit for number of attempts, but you would not be able to give the gate 2011 exam because the last date for applying is over and also the exam is scheduled on February 11th, you would be able to give the gate 2012 if you are still below 30 years of age by then all the best |
