Re: Required Age limit for the candidates of Open Category to appear for MPSC Exam? Dear friend the following is the eligibility criteria for applying in the Maharashtra Public Service Commission. Eligibility details :- Applicant should be complete graduation in any discipline, the graduation should be complete from any recognised university. Age:- 19-28 years. Relaxable upto 33 years for BC candidates Nationality : Candidates should be a citizen of India Physical:- Height: 165 cms. Chest: 84 cms. (Unexpanded) for Supt. Prohibition & Excise or DSP/ACP Selection Procedure : - Preliminary Examination Mains Examination Physical Test Interview Preliminary Examination consist of 150 questions , 300 marks & Duration 11/2 hrs Main Examination has multiple choice type of questions Best of luck............ |

To appear for this examination a candidate must have completed minimum 19 years of age (on or before1st April of the year in which candidate is going to appear for examination). The maximum age limit for open category candidates is 33 years. The age limit is relaxed by five years in case of candidates from reserved category. For handicapped candidates the maximum age limit is 45 years. |

Age criteria and Relaxation details:-Age limits are 21 years to 30 years, Relaxation as per the government rules for the reservation candidates. For OBC candidates- 21 to 33 years, For SC/ST candidates- 21 to 35 years. Eligibility details:-You must be a citizen of India. Applicant should be complete graduation in any discipline, the graduation should be complete from any recognised university. No restrictions on percentage in graduation. OK............... |

AGE LIMIT: The candidate minimum age limit is 21 years. The candidate maximum age limit is 30 years. The upper age relaxation for Other categories. 33 years upper age for the OBC 35 years upper age for the SC/ST. 40 years upper age for the PH. All the best. |
