Although, would say that it all depends how much you want to make or is your vision making money and staying comfortable with high std. of living. there will be number of people who will give you LAME lectures about you are in it for your passion and not money, trust me that all is bullshit. One line of advice get the hell out of biotech when and if you can, don't try to reinvent the wheel, i am alot of experience in this, and as per the parameters of many i am settled but i differ a bit when i compare myself with my friends who are working in downtown Manhattan. but this thread is not about me but about biotech and my advice run fast and run far from biotech, biggest bullshit and most of the people who tell you to get into it ve no idea what they are saying, i have seen the complete cycle of this field. let me know if someone has any specific questions about future or salaries or anything in specific about biotech, in INDIA, US or UK or Germany as these are the only places i know well about. |
