If you have Graduation degree then only you will be eligible for 3 years LLB course.

The admission is through and entrance examination which is known as CLAT(Common Law Admission Test).

The age Limit for 3 years LLB course is below 30 years. Hence you must have age below 30 years then only you will be eligible to appear for this examination.

You have to do regular classes to complete this course.

The entrance examination will have objective type questions related to law field and you have to score top marks in it to become eligible for the admission into top colleges.

Yes,you will be able to do LLB Regular Course if you will able to manage time as per course structure and time table of that particular college.College time will be in Morning.Total duration of per day class will be of 05 hours.Basically college time will starts from 8.30 AM and will go up-to 1.30 PM .

My suggestion will be to take admission in that Law College where you are currently working. You may also take education leave for particular period time and after completing your course you can again join your regular service. You will also given other facilities by the state/central government for education leave.

But the most important is,you will have to get pass in Common Law Entrance test to take admission in Regular Law Course in any Law College/University of India.

Eligibility requirement for Law Admission Entrance Test
  • You should have a minimum of Inter pass out degree in any discipline from any recognized board/university.
  • Your age should not be above 22 years.
  • Your minimum marks in Inter should be 50%.
Law Admission Entrance Test Exam Pattern
  • Total duration of objective type written test will be 02 hours.
  • Total number of questions will be 02 hours.
  • Each questions will be of 1 marks.
  • For each wrong answer 0.25 marks will be deduced.
Law Admission Entrance Test Exam Syllabus

  • General Knowledge and Current Affairs.
  • Legal Aptitude.
  • Logical Reasoning.
  • Numerical Ability.
  • English Comprehension.
