Re: How can I join NDA if I am a student of class 11th arts stream NDA is a exam which you should give for going into INDIAN ARMY,NAVAL,AIR FORCES or COAST GUARD.After passing your 12th examination you can apply for NDA the age limit for applying for NDA is 16.5 to 19 years.Your stream selection after 10th don't affect you in anyway.But, as mathematics is the subject in NDA exam i think you should go for such a stream which has MATHS in it.For Indian air forces 10+2 only boys are allowed. Re: How can I join NDA if I am a student of class 11th arts stream NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY After passing 12th with arts stream you are eligible for N.D.A exam. N.D.A exam is conducted by U.P.S.C twice in a year. Eligibility for N.D.A:- > Pass 12th with any stream from recognized board or university. > Age should be 16-19 year. > No age relaxation for ST/SC candidate > You should be medically fit. You have to qualify three stage:- > Written Exam > Interview > Medical Exam. Interview and Medical exam is conducted by Service Selection Board. |

Re: How can I join NDA if I am a student of class 11th arts stream Hello, NDA National Defence Academy,which you might be aware that it is conducted twice in a year. You can join Army through the NDA,if you qualify in the examination but first of all you must fulfill the Eligibility criteria to apply for the NDA. The Eligibility-: NDA-Army Wing- The educational eligibility for the NDA Army Wing is 12th passed or equivalent form a recognized State Board of Education or University. The aspirants appearing for their 12th final examination are also eligiblie. Age limit- You must not be below 16 1/2 years of age and not above 19 years of age. You must be Unmarried citizen of India. Pattern-: The NDA examniantion consists of a written test followed by an Interview for the selected candidates. Written test consists of two papers Mathematics & General Ability, Mathematics-> 300 marks with 2 hours and 30 minutes time alloted for it. General Ability-> 600 marks with 2hours and 30 miniutes of time alloted for it. You will be ELIGIBLE for the Army Wing of NDA as you are from Arts stream after you pass the 12th or you are apperaing in the 12th final examination. Good Luck. |

HSC passed ones in any stream can join army by qualifying NDA. You must be an unmarried male candidate.Age of the applicant must be between 16 1/2 and 19 years. NDA exam is conducted by UPSC twice an year. |
