Re: What is the procedure for admission in NDA? HSC passed candidates can apply for NDA examination. The exam is conducted by UPSC two times a year. Applications for the test can be submitted online through the website of UPSC. Unmarried male candidates between the age of 16 ½ and 19 years can apply. Questions on basic mathematics and general aptitude are asked for the test. Those having studied Physics and Mathematics as subjects in HSC can join to any of the three wings of army. |

NATIONAL DEFENCE ACADEMY (NDA). After completing the 12th class or in the appearing of the 12th board examination you are eligible to apply for the NDA entrance examination. NDA is known as the National Defence Academic and NDA examination is conducted by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) twice in every year once in the month of April and other in the month of August for the admission in the different wings of NDA . Here i give you the details eligibility criteria for NDA Entrance Examination. Eligibility Criteria for NDA Entrance Examination. -- Pass 12th class from a recognize board. 12th appearing student can also appear in the NDA examination. -- The age must be between 16 1/2 to 19 years at the time of examination.
So, there is no percentage criteria. If you are a 12th pass candidates and if you fulfill the above mention eligibility criteria then you are eligible to apply for the NDA entrance examination.
