Re: Which post will I get in Indian Army after qualifying CDS exam After qualifying written exam of CDS u will be called for SSB interview which is held for 5 days, After recommendation from the SSB u will join IMA ,OTA ,INA ,AFA according to your preference and the vacancy. After completing your course in IMA , OTA you will join INDIAN ARMY as leuitent. Best of luck for upcoming CDS 1. 2018 |

Re: Which post will I get in Indian Army after qualifying CDS exam I have got vein problem. Some of my vein are visible largely. So, some guys told me that I would be fail in medical and it discourage me very much even though I like to be an army.. Need help?. would it really fail me. |

Re: Which post will I get in Indian Army after qualifying CDS exam hi, CDS stands for Combined Defence Services Examination and this examination is conducted by UPSC, Twice in a year Through CDS exam, you can take admission in:- Indian Military Academy Navel Academy Air force Academy Officer Training Academy Education : Indian Military Academy and Officers Training Academy : you must have completed your Degree in any stream with minimum percentage of marks from any recognized college or board. age limit is 19-24 years. Scheme of Examination for CDS ;- Indian Military Academy / Naval Academy / Air Force Academy All the papers are of objective type. English =100 marks General Knowledge=100 Marks Elementary Mathematics=100 Marks CDS II exam Important Dates;- Date of Notification;-25/05/2013 Last Date of Filling Application;-24/06/2013 Date of Exam;-08/09/2013 Duration of Exam;-1 days All the best....................... |

 CDS Stands for combined Defence Service examination and this examination is conducted by Union Public Service Commission twice in a year and this year CDS examination was already completed.Next announcement will be published soon. Conducted for recruitment of Indian Military Academy , Indian Naval Academy , Indian Air force Academy , Officer Training Academy(SSC-Men) , Officer Training Academy(SSC-Women) . These are the posts available in the CDS Examination after clearing this examination you can get any of the defence service as per your qualification and as per prescribed in the application . Minimum Academic qualification required to apply for this examination is that applicant should have a qualifying their bachelor's (three years course) or bachelor's in engineering (four year course ) from a recognized University or equivalent qualification . Those are interested to join the defence services of Naval or Air force examination , the applicant need to holding the degree with Mathematics and physics as compulsory subjects . If you are having then you can definitely apply for this examination . Apart from these subjects you may also apply for Military or Officer Training Academy qualification required for this examination is completed graduate degree with any discipline . Age limits for CDS Examination :: Military Academy 19-24 , Naval Academy 19-22 , Air force Academy 19-23 , Officer Training Academy 19-25 years .
