there is only one written exam in bank po exam.if you get qualified,you will be called for interview.

Written examination for Bank P.O comprises of objective as well as descriptive model questions. Objective type questions are asked from topics like Computer Knowledge, English Language, Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. General awareness is also asked for the examination. In descriptive test, candidates are asked to write about a particular topic in words not less than 300/400. Descriptive paper will be evaluated for those candidates who have cleared the objective model test.

BANK PO exams are conducted for Government banks by:

>> IBPS for 20 Nationalised banks
>> SBI for its own bank and its associates banks


Currently IBPS has announced vacancy for the PO exams
Forms will be filled from 22nd July 2013

Forms will be filled on website www.ibps.in

Eligibilty for the IBPS BANK PO exams:
Min educational qualifications is Graduation Pass with minimum 60% marks
Age should be between 20 and 28 years
OBC gets 3 years and SC/ST gets 5 years age relaxations



IBPS PO exams will have questions from below topics:
Computer Knowledge
English Language
Reasoning
Quantitative Aptitude
General Awareness with special reference to Banking Industry
