Hi brother I am giving some tips to prepare for exam: 1.You should learn subject by more understanding don't mug up it will save your time and it will remember for more days. 2.discuss your doubts with professors and friends. 3.If you have lenthy problems learn tricks to solve problem those tricks can be obtained from professors. 4.First read one easy subject then one tuff subject,then easy subject it will help full more and more. 5.Don't take study as burden but relax & enjoy the time when you are studying 6.sleep 15 minutes, every day afternoon. 7..please be cool while writing exams. 8.You should divide total exam time to each question. 9.read total question paper 5 minutes and understand each question clearly,then go for attempt. 10.first attempt well known answer questions.it will create some enthusiasm in your heart. Re: How to prepare for MSc Maths exam? What is the syllabus? Syllabus for the exam is decided by the University/authority that carries out the same. Topics covered under B.Sc (mathematics) are basically asked for the exam. IIT JAM is conducted for M.Sc admission in IIT. Real numbers, Integral calculus, vector calculus, differential equations, etc are the topics from which questions are asked. Candidate can also expect questions from group theory and real analysis. |
