You can attempt the paper of ISRO in branches like Electronics and Communication Electrical Mechanical and some other branches. But these branches have maximum vacancies. you can attempt ISRO paper in final year. Generally they give an crietaria for written exam . but after that they also shortlist the student. Generally the criteria is in between 65-70% average of all semester. |

The candidate selection is also based on the rules and regulation of the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO). You have to visit the web-site http://www.isro.gov.in to register for applications on-line. The application form must be sent to the following address. Administrative Officer (ICRB), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bangalore -560 231 Candidates short-listed based on the performance in the written test will be called for interview,then final selection will depend on the merit list. |

BE/BTech students can join ISRO as Scientists/Engineers `SC’ . Eligibility:- BE/B.Tech or equivalent in First Class with an aggregate minimum of 65%. Final year students can also apply provided that final degree is available by the month of Oct for the year. Age Limit:- General- 35 years, SC/ST- 40 years. For the advertisement keep tunning the website http://www.isac.gov.in Selection Process:- First candidates will be short listed based on their academic and bio-data and will be called for written exam. Then according to the performance of written exam short listed candidates will be called up for the Interview. |

You need to apply for it well in advance during February. Keep updated about the release of advertisement. They mainly require engg. from ec, mech, electrical. they have criteria of cutoff 65% of 70% average of all semester. after that they also shortlist from their requirement. |

Hi fried, it is good to join in ISRO.It conducts entrance exam as ISRO Scientist Entrance Test every year.The last year B.Tech and completed students are eligible to write the exam. If the written test is clear then they conduct the interview for the eligible candidates. much compitation is there just prepare all the basics of the syllabus they given. ALL THE BEST... |

Can ISRO exam be written in any year of engineering? no you can sit in isro exam only after completion of your degree or at appearing last year . no students are allowed for it in any year . isro is the indian space research organisation and it is strict and is not easy to enter. but if you labour hard then you can join it. |
