So you can apply and do not worry about anything as you are engineering graduate. -You can apply for CDS exam . For this your age should be 19-25 years. -You can also apply for ACFAT for flying branch , technical branch and ground duty branch. -You cn also apply for short service commission. BEST OF LUCK... |

Re: Am I eligible to join Airforce at the age of 21? Hi, AIR FORCE Officers are considered very respected. you can get into Air Force through UPSC CDS exam. CDS exam is conducted by UPSC twice in a year. you must be physically and Mentally fit. you must be Indian citizen. your age must be within 19 years to 23 years. you must have Engineering degree or B.Sc in PCM. you have to fill the form online on http://upsconline.nic.in/ Good Luck..... |

Re: Am I eligible to join Airforce at the age of 21? eligibility criteria for technical branch is: yours Age- 18 to 28 years (at the time of commencement of training) Educational qualification- Four year degree qualification and secured a minimum of 60% marks in aggregate in all papers put together from a recognised university. |

Re: Am I eligible to join Airforce at the age of 21? Dear, Yes , you can apply for the Air force at the age of 21 because the age limitation criteria is between 16 - 22 years. Only unmarried male candidates of India as well as citizens of Nepal can apply for it. The minimum educational qualification is 10+2 pass students with Maths , Physics , English ( minimum - 50 % aggregate ). Minimum height should be 152.5 cm. Thanks. |

Nationality- Indian Marital Status- Candidates below the age of 25 should be unmarried. So yes you are eligible to join the indian airforce. |

Re: Am I eligible to join Airforce at the age of 21? The candidate less than 23 can apply for the post in flying wing. The students must have not less than 60% mark in the graduate program. They have to study physics and mathematics in the plus two or equivalent. After the completion of your B. Tech you can take the CDS exam and apply for the Air force wing. The information is available in the UPSC site. |
