Hi, Company secretary course:- There are several stages in company secretary course ie, foundation programme, executive programme and professional programme. In addition to it the student needs to undergo 15 hours of training session. Foundation programme can be pursued by students who have passed 10+2 exam with arts, commerce or science subjects. For executive programmes only the graduate students are eligibile expect for the fine arts students. And lastly those who clear the executive programme can dothe professional programme. Below is the eligibility of cs;- Eligibilty to give the Executive level Exams of ICSI is Graduation Pass or Foundation course pass of the ICSI OR CPT Stage of ICAI programme There are 7 papers that you have to give in the ICSI Executive level Module 1 >> Economic and Commercial Laws >> Cost and Management accounting >> Tax Laws and Practice >> Company Laws Module 2 >> Company Accounts and Auditing Practices >> Industrial, General and Labour Laws >> Capital Markets and Securities Law Cut Off Dates for Admission to Executive Course 28th February for December Exams in the same year 31st August for June Exam next year |
