today i submitted civil services application form by their online service but i am not sure about the reliability of their service and i got their acknowledgment mail.now is there any need to obtain the form from GPO and refill it

You can obtain the UPSC form from your nearest post- office. Last date for reciption of form is 21.03.2011(MONDAY). Examination will be held on 12.06.2011 (SUNDAY)(PRELIM).

which exam dates and the form are you talking of ....

upsc(union public service commision) is introduce by IAS.
if you are interested in UPSC you shout get the degree of graduatin and you eligible for criteria of UPSC.

The last date of receipt of complete application form is 21.03.2011 (MONDAY).
And prelim exam will held on 12.06.2011 (SUNDAY).
You may receive the application form from your nearest post office head quarter.
You also visit UPSC official website www.upsc.gov.in.

Upsc has declared the official date of online application for civil service aptitude test (csat) on 19/02/2011

Last date to reciept application is 21/03/2011 (monday )

Date of examination will be 12/06/2011 (sunday)

1.civil services exam:
date of notification:19-2-2011
last date for submitting application form:21-3-2011
date of exam:12-6-2011
2.indian engineering services:
date of notification:8-1-2011
last date for submitting application form:7-2-2011
date of exam:14-5-2011
3.ies exam:
date of notification:30-7-2011
last date for submitting application form:29-8-2011
date of exam:3-12-2011
