Re: How to do extra courses after doing mechanical engineering? HI Dozens of interviews and not getting a job?are you too yong?too old?over qualified?are recruiters incompetant towards you? Truth is that you are getting rejected time after time for jobs you are qualified for, The problem is more likely with you,hiring managers wont get paid for not selecting you.their job is to find stuff candidates If you are not getting invited ask your self <why>? most of the time the problem is with your presentation.you need to critique your interview presentation.as interview is not a frequent activty you should be very concerned with the aboce aspect. The main reasons for not getting selected is that:- 1)You are qualified or zero attitude. 2)You may lack enthusiasm. 3)Failure to establish your worth to prespective employer. 4)Unclear job gaols eliminates any. 5)Bad mouthing previous employers. 6)Poor personal apperances. 7)Unprepared for the interview. 8)Lacking interpersonal skills. 9)Realiving your weakness. 10)Failure to sell yourself and lacking integrity in interview. Its your responsibilty that avoiding all that restricts to move forward in an interview. Keep all these in mind and verify your self and get landed in a good job. |
