Educational qualification ~You should have a Bachelor degree from recognized university in any discipline. Thus if you want to spent less time in study and more time for preparations then you should take Arts stream in Inter as well as in Graduation. You can do Honors in English/Mathematics in Graduation level. Age ~Your minimum age should be 21 years for appearing in this exam. ~For this exam age of candidate should not be above 30 years. Attempt Limitations There is Restrictions for appearing in this exam.Thus if you belong from the General/OBC Category then you can appear only limited number of times.Its details are :- ~For General Category - 4 times. ~For OBC Category - 7 times. Selection Process ~Preliminary Exam. ~Mains Exam. ~Personal Interview. Which stream do I have to take after 10th to apply for UPSC exam? Pliz suggest me which stream do i take after class 10 to apply for upsc exam.i wan to be an ips officer.for example if i take arts stream which subject will i take as a major subject |
