Re: Elligiblity for NIMCET exam? Hello friend, I regret that you are not eligible for NIMCET.. As according to the NIMCET eligibility criteria: the candidate must have at least 60% marks in graduation.. So as you are not fulfilling the eligibility criteria you are not eligible for it.. Try for other colleges other than applying colleges other than NIMCET.. All the best! |

Re: Elligiblity for NIMCET exam? dear friend if you belong to st/sc category then you are eligible but for general category and obc category a minimum of 60% in both +2 and graduation is required to sit for the exam so dont be frustrated try for other examination ok best of luck |

Re: Elligiblity for NIMCET exam? dear friend, To be eligible in NIMCET exam you should have: 1.if you are general category you should have 60% marks in 12th & bachelor's degree from a recognized University with Mathematics/Statistics/Business Mathematics as one of the subjects. 2.if you belongs from sc/st then you should have atleast 55% marks in 12th & bachelor's degree. |

Re: Elligiblity for NIMCET exam? general candidates must have 60% in both 12th and graduation. SC/ST candidates require 55% in both 12th and graduation for writing NIMCET exam. so if you are SC/ST you are eligible otherwise not |

Eligibility Candidates with an aggregate (all subjects put together) of 60% marks ( 6.5/10 CGPA) in Bachelor’s degree of minimum duration of 3 years from a recognized University in any discipline, with Mathematics as one of the subjects both in graduation and at 10+2 level are eligible. Those candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examinations in 2006 are also eligible to appear for the test. However, they will have to furnish proof of having passed in the qualifying examination, with an aggregate of 60% marks, at the time of counseling / admission. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to appear for the NIMCET-06. |

Re: Elligiblity for NIMCET exam? you are not eligible for the exam.....as you lack by 0.1% in 12th standard...... although you can verify that will you marks in 12th be rounded off for the eligibility.... if they can consider 59.9% as 60% after rounding off then you are eligible for it..... best of luck |

The SC/ST candidates with minimum 55% marks (6.0/10 CGPA) are eligible. The candidates who are appearing for the qualifying examination are also eligible to appear for NIMCET2010. |
