Candidates who have qualified +2 level of examination are eligible to pursue Chartered Accountancy course, irrespective of their stream and marks of the higher secondary level.

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India conducts Common Proficiency Test to assess the students eligibility to pursue the course. Qualifying this test will only take you to the next level of the course, known as Integrated Professional Competence course and is followed by Articleship Training for a period of 3 1/2 years, computer training for 100 hours, General Management Course for 7 days and the Final Course.

In order to take admission, you must contact your nearest Regional Council of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
