The minimum age required to become eligible to appear SCRA examination is 17 years.
The maximum permissible age for appearing SCRA examination is 21 years.

The upper age limit is relaxable for candidates of SC, ST, OBC and PH category candidates.
For SC and ST category candidates the upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years.
For OBC category candidates the upper age limit is relaxable upto 3 years.
For blind, deaf-mute and Orthopaedically handicapped persons the upper age limit is
relaxable upto a maximum of 10 years.

The last date to apply for next SCRA examination is 12th November 2013.
