Details regarding the Common Proficiency Test are as follows:

Number of Paper: Single paper divided into four sections
Total Marks: Two Hundred
Minimum Qualifying Marks: One Hundred
Minimum Qualifying Marks to pass with Distinction: One Hundred and Forty
Subjects to be tested: Fundamentals of Accounting, Mercantile Law, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude
Frequency of Test: In the month of June and December every year
