Re: Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad valid for Ph.D? Yes, if you have done your masters from Bhartiya Shiksha Parishad, Uttar Pradesh, you can certainly apply for PhD. It has been registered under Government of Uttar Pradesh, hence, the certificate is valid for PhD courses. A lot has been said and done in regards to the validation of certificates of Shiksha Parishad, but the matter of fact is that the certificates holds value as per their merit. |
